Washoe/Reno Development

See EDAWN growth report for 2017/2018.  EDAWN is the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada whose purpose is to bring jobs to the area by attracting businesses to move to the area and to support the growth of those that are already here.  While area residents are glad to see the economic rebound since the Great Recession, the growth is at the root of the housing shortage and related problems.  It is very informative with graphs that show changes over the last several years and where the trends will take us going forward.  2018 Economic Report Jan 2018 Final
