Washoe Residents for Appropriate Planning is a registered Political Action Committee in Nevada with the purpose of collecting contributions and making payments to further its political agenda.  While it does not make a profit, it is not structured as a “non-profit” organization and contributions are not tax deductible.  Contributions can be made by check payable to “WRAP PAC” or by credit card through Paypal.
