Overview

This is a development of 78 single family homes on 37.4 acres on the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Arrowcreek Parkway and Wedge Parkway.  This development is being built within the City of Reno and was annexed before approval in 2004.  Lot sizes will vary from 6500sf to 13,600sf.  The average lot size will be 7,885sf (1/6 acre).
