This is composed of two luxury gated communities bounded by the Virginia Foothills neighborhood on the south.  There are 935 homes on 290 acres.  The homes are 1675 – 2800 sqft.  Most of the lots will be about .25 acre.  On the north side of Western Skies Drive is the “Regency” development and the “Ridgeline” is on the south side.  The properties are on the lower, gentle part of the slope.  The project was originally approved by the Reno City Council in February 2009.
