Overview
The plan is for 98 homes on 34 acres on the east side of Lemmon Drive between Buck Drive and Military Road. The layout is unusual with groups of four homes arranged closely in a square pattern with a shared driveway.
History:
The plan was reviewed by the Planning Commission on May 1, 2018 and denied unanimously.
The developer appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. This appeal was heard and denied unanimously on November 13, 2018.
