Hello neighbors! Its Ryan again. I’m writing you on behalf of Ken, Todd and myself. We wanted to thank everyone for all the hard work you have put into this fight against Ascente and have a good ol neighborhood BBQ to blow off steam on this whole issue. So anybody who has been involved or will be affected by this monstrosity are more than welcome to join us at Ken’s house.

The Truckee Meadows Regional Plan provides the framework for growth in our region (all of Washoe County) for the next 20 years. The Plan addresses such matters as where future growth should occur, how and when infrastructure should be provided for future growth, natural resources management, and other critical factors. The Regional Plan governs the planning and development actions of the Cities of Reno and Sparks, and of Washoe County.
The Plan is undergoing a planned 5 year major update, and your opinions matter greatly in this update! You have the opportunity to share your views to help envision and shape the future of Truckee Meadows (all of Washoe County, from the Carson City line to the Oregon border, east to the California border and west to Wadsworth). I invite and encourage you to take a few minutes to participate in the Regional Plan survey. You may also sign up to receive future notices on the plan update, and participate in future surveys.
