The Rio Wrangler North II development is a component of the massive Daybreak project that was proposed for the area bounded by South Meadows Parkway to the South, Veterans Parkway to the East, and Mira Loma Drive to the North. The Rio Wrangler North II project is bounded on the East by the Rio Wrangler North project.
Currently 26.3 acres with an aggregate pit currently zoned Large Lot Residential (2.5 acre lots)
Proposal to re-zone to SF6 for single family homes on 6,000 sqft lots (1/8 acre). The same request is being made for the Rio Wrangler North project next to it.
